Privacy Policy

REVIVE (working name) re-engages past enquirers on behalf of the businesses they originally contacted, and books appointments into those businesses' calendars. This page explains what data we handle and why. Last updated: 4 September 2026.

Who we are

We act as a data processor for our business clients (the companies you originally enquired with), who remain the data controllers of their customer records. Contact: eliranwebb@gmail.com.

What we process, and why

For consumers (people who enquired with one of our clients): name, phone number, the enquiry details you left with the business, and the messages you exchange with us. Legal basis: the business's legitimate interest in following up your own enquiry (UK PECR "soft opt-in"), with an opt-out offered in every message. Reply STOP at any time and you will not be contacted again; we keep a hashed record of your number solely to honour that choice.

For business clients: account details, CRM and calendar data you connect (used only to identify eligible past enquiries, check availability, and write booked appointments), and billing records.

Google user data

If a business connects Google Calendar, we access free/busy times to offer appointment slots and create/cancel calendar events for booked appointments. We do not read event details of unrelated events, and we do not share Google user data with third parties. Google API data use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your rights

Conversation content is retained for 24 months, then deleted. Audit records needed for billing integrity are kept up to 6 years. You may request access, correction, or erasure of your data at any time via the business you enquired with or directly at the contact above; erasure preserves only the hashed suppression record so you are not contacted again.

Security

Personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit; access is logged. Messaging runs through WhatsApp Business Platform and SMS providers under data-processing terms.
